right now i cant because i have to get my daughter every day at six and 
dont
get home til seven but once the summer is over and shes back in regular
school i can eat earlier..

well thank you 
what happens is i am getting too hungry after lunch before dinner.. i am 

hungry and get a headache.. i do ok for breakfast and lunch but once i get 

starving i sort of lose control

Try to think what is tripping you up. One it will help 
us to give targeted practical advice, but more 
importantly, it will help you understand what the 
problem is. Don't hesitate to bug us. That's what this
