Lynda,
Those are great suggestions! I drink water all day now out of habit.
I like it just plain and hadn't thought about "kicking it up a
notch". I can almost feel it cleansing my system. Oddly enough, I
even like to have warm water as a replacement for coffee sometimes.
It's comforting!
