dear tf welcome I'm fat too. I have been depressed, but am moving out of it (at least today). really give all the everyday systems a go and you will find a huge difference. reinhard says (quoting benjamin franklin) to build one habit at a time. and he also says it takes 3 wks of solid observance to build a habit. so, no-ser's what do you think is most important to get started in this situation - the walking side, or the food side? from your email it seems as if you could be angry at yourself - let that go. give yourself heaps of love instead. good luck with it and keep us posted. jen [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
