I know you folks have different words for garments. What I call a
"waistcoat", you call a "vest", what I call a "vest", 
you call an
"undershirt". We use the word "underwear" for all undergarments 
for either
sex and what I believe you call "underwear2, we call "pants" ansd what 
you
call "pants" we call "trousers". It all makes for a more 
interestin gworld.
I got a bit despondent , because i wasn't losing for a bit, but now i
noticed my "spare tyre" is softer, so i might be improving, so I've set 
oo
again to work on those pounds
