Hi Ray, I try to turn embarrassing stuff like this to my advantage. 1) by thinking "I'm going to work even harder because this happened. So in a way, it's good it happened. I'm going to turn this small defeat into the necessary inspiration for victory." No defeat, no inspiration, no victory. Not an entirely inappropriate train of thought given that the incident took place in Church. 2) It's a funny story now. It gets much funnier if it does wind up being the turning point in your struggle. Anyway, you sound like to took it in just the right way. Just reinforcing.
