Hi Sunshine. Welcome.

I think I would have a problem with hunger and fullness dieting. 
Before the NOS concept I would always feel hungry i.e. I would then 
probably always eat. It seems like we should naturally know when to 
stop eating but everyone's system is different. I can see that in 
my dogs. I have 3 and my Jack Russell would eat constantly if I let 
her no matter how much she has had she will gobble up what ever is 
there. She is alot like me.

My other 2 dogs will have their bowl and just eat until they are 
hungry and even leave food.

I don't know if that answered your question or helped.

Now that I think about it my youngest son just eats when he is 
hungry. It is natural for him. He has been that way since he was 
small. He is thin. But he is young too, 20.
