Well everyone, i finally slipped off the diet yesterday in the car, it was my own fault having a bag of caramels in my bag from the weekend. Before i knew it i had chewed up 3-4 of them. This was my first slip in 4 weeks. So i guess its not too bad. I think it was a sugar craving due to my "." Usually i go for the Chocolate but these were convenient. So lesson learned, dont keep things too handy.:) ot things could get "sticky". HAHA that one was for you Deb. We are going out tonight for dinner as we need to go up to St.Pete to work. So its all you can eat shrimp for me(not literally of course) i will stick to my one plate :<> Love Jools |
