Donna - I started planning my meals not long after starting No-S. If I do it right, I find it helps. I have to be realistic - for instance I won't schedule a meal that takes a long time to prepar if I have a busy day planned, for instance. And I make sure to account for leftovers. It helps cut down on spontaneous eating of junk food, and helps make shopping easier.
