I have been sticking to the 1-2 drinks a few nights/week (I have never had a desire to drink more than that at one time anyway). My main drink of choice is wine coolers, though. Or drinks like wine coolers (hard lemonade, etc.). I know these absolutely loaded with sugar and calories, though. I'm thinking it might be wise to switch to regular wine or light beer (I enjoy both of these) for most of the time and then have the coolers only sometimes - like on S days! LOL! What do you think? I am doing so well sticking to No S and I'd hate to blow it over sugary drinks! :) Jeanette |
