I usually just lurk on this list, but lack of sleep is another habit for me that can be combatted with a system like NoS. I emailed Reinhard a few months ago about the beginning of a new system - Cinderella's electric curfew - basically switch off all electrical things at mdnight. That way I can't listen to CDs, the radio, waste time on the internet or read books etc which tend to keep me out of bed. It doesn't always work, but I try....
