.....if you can do it by 10 I propose it might work better, but if

I'll take this over to the everydaysystems list, Chris, and I will 
attempt (and I do stress the word, attempt, LOL) to explain, or get 
a link which explains why it's important to shut down well before 
midnight...of course taken from one of my favorite hobbies, 
Traditional Chinese Medicine, and in Western terms, its a digression 
on the Endocrine system. It makes sense, like actually getting in 
bed when we should.
