well last night was my first night of working on getting enough sleep
i got off the computer at 10 30 because i read that the light from the
computer stimulates the brain and keeps you from sleeping
i got ready for bed and read a bit and i fell asleep before 11 30 ( i am
usually up till at least one am) i shut the tv off and all the lights
now one thing it says is dont sleep with pets.. well my cat who sleeps on my bed with 
me did not wake me up but my daughters cat came in at six am and started a ruckus 
with my cat so that was the end of my sleep .. but that was still good that i was to 
sleep that early so i am going to keep working on it til i manage to get 8 hrs in 
somehow
