well last night i did not sleep so well
i woke up at 3 am and that was it .. the clock does bother me but if i
cant
see the time i wont know when to get up..
so maybe if i put a thin scarf i can still see the time thru just to cut
down on the light..

Or you could just throw a dark cloth over the clock till you wake up
in the morning...

From what I understand it is the quartz or whatever light coming off the
lit clocks that is harmful shinning on you.....or so I have been told a
million times. We keep the clock looking straight ahead, not looking at
us..
..so yes, one must get up a bit to see what time it is....one of my Goldens
sleeps in bed with us, but at least the other 2 stay on the floor, so I
wake
up often, but go right back to sleep after.
