Bonnie, I self-sabotage all too often but in reading this post I couldn't help but notice that you get the munchies when tired. Would it help if you had something "legal" in your purse or pocket? That way when those nasty munchies come to call you have a fighting chance of saying no to cappiccino, popcorn & candy by having something readily available like a lc chocolate bar or sugar free candy.
