Hey Guys, thought I'd back up my possibly erroneous evidence from 
the scale with a little waist measurment... I have been measuring 
myself, roughly every 2 or 3 weeks and holding steady at the same 
number 38" (eegads!) but today, drum roll please, with no squeezing 

or cheating myself by pulling real hard, LOL, I am a lovely
37 and a half inches....that correllates pretty well with my pounds 
lost... so it's real people :)!!!
Oh I have to add that I have been Shovelgloving for 3 months now and 
even when I don't get to do it 5 days, I know it's really making a 
difference :)
