How about the traditional dieters grapefruit and/or cantelope with a
small scoop of cottage cheese?
or, I know you said no toast, but Hana as long as it's whole grain,
it shouldn't cause a huge spike in your blood sugar, try whole wheat
with a slice of lowfat mozzarella or cheddar cheese toasted... Yes
some fat, but also protein, a key to keeping less hungry, as carbs
alone go bye bye fast... and still less fat than bacon, and lots
less preservatives like nitrites and dyes...
You can compliment this with half a banana or an orange or apple or
pear... Sometimes I like to make a banana smoothie with soymilk and
a little cocoa powder...
None of this should take more than 5 minutes to prepare and maybe 10
to eat...
Then theres always good old cereal, as long as it's not Captain
Crunch Sweetie Crunchies....
I know Reinhard will say oatmeal :)
Love to you and the pooches!
Deb
