Guys and Reinhard, sorry for the mini attack of machine gunning, but 
after getting all excited about the link before, it doesn't work!!!!
I lack link luck :) Say that ten times fast :)

Okay, you will have to do this in a more circuitous way, but you can 
still see the article if you 
1. Hit below link which *should* work...argh grumble....
2. Scroll down to the 7th item on the page entitled 
"Eating Fitness"....

I wouldn't go to this much trouble if I didn't feel the information 
was really helpful, so please forgive the multiple posts and hope it 
works this time :)
