Try a gargle with a little listerine and a bit of lemon juice...tastes like @#**@#@ but it kills them germs, and up the vitamin Cand/or OJ. Dont forget your chicken soup. What must be happening is the the original cold keeps coming back in different ways...perhaps you are doing too much too soon, and not fully recovering....Baby yourself a little! Dont beat yourself over the N day turning into an S day...you had to cheer up Richard and yourself. Do the 75% week like me....at least I am still losing a little! I finally got that google site, sounded a lot like the No S Diet, and I liked the 50-50 bit about the meals. I found the 4 meal last one being a small snack will fir my life style to a T.
