Hey, cat, if you mean Marmite, it's an acquired taste and I love it on toast! 
However, in our family we "like everything" (having been brought up by an 
adventurous mother). I haven't tried it as bouillon--didn't know you could do that. 
Strangely, we have had Marmite in Publix (in Florida) for a couple of years now, but 
I don't know who buys it besides me. =) But the clerks are confused--it's always next 
to the baking yeast.

By the way, my original post mentioned that "Better Than Bouillon," if you 
can find it locally, doesn't have MSG. It's sort of a high-quality soup base, tastes 
very good, and apparently there are a couple of organic flavors too.
