I am back on again too after seeing Sammy's inspiring picture showing his loss. I think I will look at it everytime I get weak. I guess the best help to stop in between hunger in the beginning, until you get a bit used to NOS, is make sure your plate is filled enough to be able to make it to the next meal. I know the worry in weight coming on instead of losing it, but you are trying to break an old habit by replacing it with a new one. Good luck to you both. |
