I have a problem with this, from past diets, where I was so scared of eating beyond my satisfaction level, that I would not quite get to the point of eating to satisfaction... which meant a few hours later I was hungry yet again! If I recall in past posts here, I think the advice has been that when you are starting on nos, really load your meal plate initially so you are assured of not being hungry between meals, and once you have that down, you start to sort of naturally cut back on eating everything on your plate during mealtime. Does that make sense? Beth |
