McDonalds is not as bad as it was. I went out yesterday to look for an item I need. For Americans. English cities are radial, all the business district is in the centre and a few retail centres on the rim. I was in an out of town centre and needed food. I havee diabetes. the only place was a McDonalds I bought a roast chicken wrap with salad and a pack of fruits. It didn't cause my blood sugar to go up too high and I was satisfied and didn't get into trouble. We all have free will and what we eat is our choice not the vendor's.
