Since I joined this group I have lost 5 lbs! Though I have to confess I cheated twice this week *big cheats* snacked twice with really bad foods. I can only imagine how much progress I would have made had i not cheated. This is enough good news to keep me motivated to keep going. My treat for my S day today was an ice cold non diet soda as it is so hot out and I wanted to try this new one. 3 meals a day occasionally 4 meals no snacks and no sweets is doing me wonders! I fell into the emotional eating trap earlier in the week but I think part of it was hormonal as well as I caught myself going into that chocolate /salty snack cycle that is so common with a lot of women just before their cycle. ( yes i am 5 pounds down and i am pms'ing that has to mean another 3 at least will come off by the end of the month!) |
