You're kidding, right? Okay, just in case you're not :)Avocado, while having healthy fat is extremely high fat and caloric. of course with the nosdiet you can have some, depends on how much you are having. 1 raw avocado has 324 calories and 30 grams of fat (for a california) a florida one has 340 calories and 27 grams of fat. I know this isn't a calorie or fat type diet, but I know myself that I can pack a lot of calorie and fat dense foods in one meal if not careful. I have to be especially careful since I have to have more than three meals because of a medical condition. Peanut butter is also high fat... if you want the counts let me know. Good luck:) Becky --- In , tzemin <tzemin@g...> wrote: > Can anyone tell me if bread, avocado, honey is a fattening combination? > > How about good old butter and homemade jam? > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: mygoal135 <mygoal135@y...> > Date: Tue, 01 Jun 2004 16:13:32 -0000 > Subject: [nosdiet] banana sandwiches > To: > > > bread, peanut butter, and banana has to be one of the all time > greatest food combinations. it's healthy, but very filling and > satisfying too. another filling and satisfying combination is > chocolate, butter, flour, eggs, vanilla ... it is not quite as > healthy though. i enjoyed quite a bit of cookie dough on saturday, > but i made it through week 1 without breaking any rules. i'm down > to 147.5 lb. 12.5 to go. > > > > > > > > ADVERTISEMENT > > > ________________________________ > > > To visit your group on the web, go to: > > To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: > > > Your use of Yahoo!
