You're kidding, right? Okay, just in case you're not :)Avocado, 
while having healthy fat is extremely high fat and caloric. of 
course with the nosdiet you can have some, depends on how much you 
are having. 1 raw avocado has 324 calories and 30 grams of fat (for 
a california) a florida one has 340 calories and 27 grams of fat. I 
know this isn't a calorie or fat type diet, but I know myself that I 
can pack a lot of calorie and fat dense foods in one meal if not 
careful. I have to be especially careful since I have to have more 
than three meals because of a medical condition.
Peanut butter is also high fat... if you want the counts let me know.
