Yes , banana and peanut butter sandwiches are yummy and loaded with
fat. Same goes for Avocado sandwiches. Lucky for you they are also
heavily packed with good fat and lots and lots of vitamins and
minerals you desperately need to be healthy. My rule of thumb,if I am
going to eat a high calorie high fat meal I better be getting the most
bang for my buck. In other words maximize the vitamins,fiber and
everything else. That way if you end up eating less your next
meal to make up for it you won't be malnurished for the day. I
realize we live in a society were food is so plentiful we are
literally eating ourselves to death. It is scary to think how
malnurished we are as a nation despite the plentiful food. NoS is
great because it forces you to fill in the missing sugar and things
with more good food like fruits and vegetables in your daily meals.
