Hi Melanie,

Wow, that really came from your heart. It is such a struggle. I 
know the extra weight really make us have less engergy for everything 
we want to do. With 4 kids you really need extra engergy. I am 50 
at 165. I was always thin and could get away with eating anything so 
I really formed some bad habits that at the time didn't affect me. 
My 2 pregancies did put on about 50 lbs each but I guess my body 
burned them off. I think as I got in my 40s the lbs started creeping 
on. I am on medicine for a sluggish thyroid but I think that only is 
part of the problem, my eating is the main problem. With NOS is 
have been losing and gainng the same 4 lbs but I know eventualy I 
will evolve the better habits. Tomorrow is Monday and every week we 
have a new start to improve. Take care and good luck.
