Hi Melanie, Wow, that really came from your heart. It is such a struggle. I know the extra weight really make us have less engergy for everything we want to do. With 4 kids you really need extra engergy. I am 50 at 165. I was always thin and could get away with eating anything so I really formed some bad habits that at the time didn't affect me. My 2 pregancies did put on about 50 lbs each but I guess my body burned them off. I think as I got in my 40s the lbs started creeping on. I am on medicine for a sluggish thyroid but I think that only is part of the problem, my eating is the main problem. With NOS is have been losing and gainng the same 4 lbs but I know eventualy I will evolve the better habits. Tomorrow is Monday and every week we have a new start to improve. Take care and good luck. |
