I am a 42 year old Army soldier and I have really let myself go. I'm about 5'8 and the last time I attempted to get on a scale, I weighed in at 217 lbs. I am so depressed. When I saw this web sight I said, "why not". "You've read everything else and you're still FAT! I am going to try this diet because it's simple and straight to the point. I've really go to work on excercise though. My job allows me to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours. My job even allows me to excercise 3 times a week. What's the problem? I guess I've just given up and just decided to be FAT. I hope I can get some inspiration from the chat group. Wish me luck. |
