Dear Ray,
When I wore heels fo the first time, late fifties, when the fashion was
full skirts with mant layers of petticoats, and this was at High Mass....the
"fashion show" of the Catholic church back then. Anyway we had to 
"genuflect
before entering our pew, and my heel caught in one of the layers of
pettycoats, talk about embrassed! Crawled into my seat!
