I usually think about the evening meal on my way home from work on my work days, Mondays Wednesday and Thursday. At weekends I ask my fussy husband what he wants and try for the low calorie version, He's lost about 15 pounds since I started dieting. He has health issues and the hospital is pleased with his weight loss, he did tell the doctor it was all down to my dieting efforts.My At home days are the least organised.
