Reinhard wrote in a recent post that having large meals is one of the keys to success of making this work. I agree wholeheartedly and have pinpointed that exact item as a key to the lack of success I've had recently in keeping with three meals a day. I'm still a calorie counter, mostly because of, a) habit, and b) curiousity of how exactly my diet changes manifest themselves in actual calories. What I've discovered over the past few days is that I am eating around 800-1000 calories total by midafternoon, breakfast and lunch combined. This puts me at almost 1200-1500 below my daily caloric needs, even to lose weight, considering the amount of exercise that I do on a daily basis. Ultimately I end up eating at least twice later in the day, a snack and dinner. I end up stuffing myself to boot. I'm going to try having around 600-800 calories per meal and see if that will work better. Thanks for the suggestions. --- Allan __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
