Lee, you handled this slip up right. Now you've got a new micro-milestone: see if you can make 4 days without a slip up. But don't go berserk if you don't. Remember how well you handled this one. That's a habit worth building too. And make sure to give yourself sufficiently generous breakfasts so you are less likely to be tempted.
