Hey, Teresa, After an "S" day, you're likely holding more water (and sugar in the muscles). Don't worry about it. One S-day by itself will not make the difference: what you're doing the other 5-6 days a week is what's going to make the difference. You can keep weighing yourself, but take measurements too. If your measurements are improving, but your weight is bad that day, it doesn't matter. You're holding more water.
