I picked up an old copy of Richard Simmons first book
Never say Diet. The specific diet was a little on the
rescrictive side, but there was one principle he
really pushed - Three meals a day with no snacking and
replace two dinners a week with a big salad(made by
some basic guidelines -mainly watch the high calorie
ingredients)Now it's a little more to it than that but
replacing two dinners a week with a salad. Maybe we
could have the nos + 2s diet?
