That's great, Normajean, but don't expect to continue
to lose at that rate. It's going to take a while, and
there will be wobbling and plateauing, so set your
expectations accordingly. I'm not much of a scale

Yes, this is a bit mathy, but at least it's
meaningful. If you spend a lot of time staring at the
scale, I'd say either stop or do one of the above.
Anyway, enough warnings. Congratulations on an
auspicious beginning!
