Hey! I just found this today, too, and it seems like a great and simple way to
lose/
maintain weight :) I mean, it's everything I already new but packaged in such a
compact and cute way. I want to lose about 5-10 pounds and then maintain it
longterm. the maintaining part is where i've been having problems over the past year
or so. I keep going up and then diet to lose and then throw everything to hell and
gain again. So I'm hoping this will be my solution (coupled with daily
exersize--
walking! and pilates on weekdays)
