Thanks Reinhard and Debbie. You guy are very helpful and help on 
keeping me going. 

Debbie, I am 165 to 168. I guess you do know how it feels. I am 
51 and on thyroid medicine.

I can't wait until I do it for 3 weeks. I know I eventually will.
