that's a great idea hana. and you could have some hommous with it too.

still haven't managed the fabled 15 days (guys it isn't 21 as you have 
six
s-days - 15 sounds closer than 21). but I am not unhappy with myself and
lots have things have improved and I feel much better.

For the evening, call it another meal and have loads of finger sized
pieces
of raw veggies, carrots, zucchini,cauliflower, bell peppers
lettuce,tomatoes
in the fridge in ice water. they will be crisp and delocious and give you
loads of vitamins and fibre into the bargain I often do this and
sometimes
have fruit too.
