You are right. I am not going to worry about it. I joined Curves,
exercising 3 to 4 times per week. I just did my first no s weekend, went to the L A
County Fair! Ate a caramel apple tower! Yummy I enjoyed it so much because I
didn't feel I was cheating on my new diet. I started last Thursday and I know
that I will benefit very much from this new diet because I have realized that
I do snack a lot in between meals and eat sweets also.
