Hey ladies, have any of you seen the "Obligatory" before and after 

photos on Reinhards homepage...If not drop whatever you are doing 
immediately and you will find the Dieting Inspiration you may have 
been searching for, LOL!
Rein, if this was embarrassing sorry, I couldn't resist, but no 
woman should be deprived of that "after" photo :)
Very brave to bare yourself to the whole world, obligatory or not.
You should just give up computers and go work at Chippendales! Ha ha.

PS. the before picture is loveable too but when I saw that other one 
all I could say was,,,
