Sorry about all the grief you Floridians are having with this terrible
hurricane season....really bad this year. How can you not like John Lennons
song...I can not Imagine....but then I loved John, all the Beatles. Aside
from that, I am a "Scale Freak" but if you hate them just keep a pair 
of
jeans that you would like to get into, buy a pair if needed, and when they
fit ...you arrived. This is the Scaleless approach to Weight loss.
