I too have had health problems and now I have discovered Pilates, which
I
find enjoyable and has helped me enormously. My weightloss was going well,
but I've hit a plateau. It's made me tighten up on portion size and try
harder.

I
know I have willpower. Or let me say I am now ready to take it off the
shelf! I am so looking forward to this because I need to loose about 250
pounds and I am not proud of that at all. I gained alot after Severe
Rhuematoid Arthritis put a stop to any movement my body has ever made.
I
have lived with this condition for 13 yrs and they now finally have
medications that make me feel like excercising again and just get moving.
I
Thank God when I stumbled on to your page. Thank You, Thank You, Thank
You
and i hope to hear from you soon. Will keep you posted and maybe you can
help me learn how to share with everyone else. oh I also signed up @ Curves
so I can try to loose about 2lbs a week. Think of me and say a prayer.
Bye
for now.
