Jen,
You have reminded us of why we chose (or should have chosen) this exquisitely simple
way of eating. I'm starting my third week, I love the new control I have over my
life. My goal, to gain (grin) this kind of control in the rest of my life, one step
at a time.
Viva Food, but in our control.
Peace and love (yourself),
David

hi amanda
well done, you've got the hang of it much quicker than I.
jumped back on for a
week, and am now in my first official NoS weekend.
the beauty of no-s is that you can eat what you like. I've actually got
my
recipe books off the bookcase and started using those. this week I've cooked
bami, which is a yummo indonesian stir fried dish and made some lovely
soups. one of the difficulties with other diets was that it was all so
restrictive. the recipes I use are healthy and it is lovely to think here
is
a delicious recipe, lets make it, not .... oh will this work with X diet.
it is great to see you posting, and everyone else who are sharing their
experiences.
cheers
jen
