i hate to go to sleep also
so this is what i try to do .eat late maybe 7 pm or so eat a fairly large plate so
you are not hungry and then i drink herbal tea later on if i feel like
snacking
if i am really hungry and cant sleep i will have a piece of cheese or chicken (
protien only) i read , watch tv, do laundry, take hot baths..play lots of solitaire
on the computer or write emails .. its tough but try just drinking herbal teas or
decaf coffee and see if you can make it thru the night
