Hello all - I am new to the group and am just begining with the
Nosdiet - I just think it's the most simple and honest "diet" I have
ever read (I have read a few !) - I excersise daily and am in pretty
good health and wieght - what i fear is by relaxing and
being "normal" - by normal I mean following no strict diet - I will
fall back into bad eating habits and get fat - BUT with no s I am
hoping to form HABITS rather than follow diets and make my "normal"
quality and quantity rather than snackfest. - Look forword to
reading more encouraging post.
