Hi Tammy I don't exercise any more than I used to, which is to say, not much. I like to go for a good walk a few times a week, and do some stretches, and stay fairly active in an everyday kind of way, but i rarely get kitted out for exercise. I satrted off at about 220 lb, so I think its easy enough lose weight at that weight. the more weight I lose, the more energy I have for exercise. Every nutritionist I ever read says that the slower you lose it, the more permanent the weight loss.
