Lee and Cat you both did great! I am *so* proud of you :)
"I really don't see any problems in the future in sticking
to this routine now. I think I finally have my brain on straight."
You sound like you really have come to terms with the "long haul"
commitment, which is crucial to long term success, you put the car
in gear, now you can go more or less with probably less effort,
since you are really in the swing of it!...No fear, just getting
your brain straight,,,beautiful..YOU DID GREAT!
Cat, you should definitely be proud of yourself, that self esteem on
a challenging task well done is more than a feather in your cap,
it's the positive fuel you need to just keep taking care of
yourself. Your good vibes will pull you through the rough patches.
Keep being proud of yourself, we are proud of you too!
" Tonight we are all going to dinner for my husband's birthday
and I will enjoy that throughly."
I think the more that healthy habits get enforced, like I think Jen
had said in a previous post, the more we will feel freer with food,
and therefore be able to really truly enjoy it...not resent it, or
ourselves..
I hope you have a wonderful time out with your hubby, Lee :)
Peace,
Deb
