valerie--- never giv up ! or rather i should say , don't lose hope. do you do
12 step meetings?
i feel that you might like overeaters anonymous...i do. in fact the "no s"
diet is pretty close to what they recommend in oa ( 3 moderate meals a dya, no
snacks in between and ONE DAY AT A TIME ) do it just for today ... i will light
a candle for you..
