Hi David,
The problem is all the diets are talking this talk
now. Every candy bar now claims to be a healthy part
of a "low carb lifestyle." They scorched earthed the
term "diet" and are now moving on to the next one. But
it's just words, and soon enough "lifestyle" will
become discredited and ridiculous (if it isn't
already). I'll stick with "diet," because that's
technically what this is (diets don't *have* to be
short term and bad for you), and I don't want to
confuse people, or give the impression that something
dishonest is going on by hiding behind a new mushier,
phrase.
Be that as it may, noSdiscipline has a nice ring to
it... "discipline" is a good, old fashioned word, not
mushy at all. And it does emphasize a crucial
distinction vis a vis other diets. Maybe I'll keep the
original name but make a note of this alternate on the
home page... we want to give you *some* kind of come
back to your supportive "friends." :-) Thanks for the
suggestion. I'll have to mull it over a bit.
Congratulations on your progress so far and continue
to keep us posted.
