Hi Darlene, welcome :)
Hope you enjoy No S and I am almost certain you will.
Lifetime diet dropout, that's funny, but hey most of the diets 
weren't made to last, so you are not alone, in the group 
of "dropouts"....Fortunately, it is virtually impossible to 
rationalize dropping out of this rational and livable plan, so let's 
hope you consider this "continuing education" and not something that 

you will abandon like the other dropout-diets.
Nursing is a very wonderful experience, once you get past the 
initial agony of the first week or two.. :)
I nursed my son Richard until he was about 18 months old, but by 
then it was just at bedtime.
Congrats on being a mom.
