Maria, I'd advise you to try to plan out a nice treat for yourself, that way you'll be less tempted to go overboard. What is it you missed most during the week? Make sure to get some of that and enjoy it with a clear conscience. But if you do go overboard the first few weekends and start "eating the carpet," as a previous poster put it, don't worry too much about it. It's to be expected.
